MAHA Yoga is based on the Bando monk self healing system and is considered
to be extremely important in maintaining one’s health and physical
well being.
We will focus on:
1. Maintaining health.
2. Preventing injury and illness.
3. Restoring yourself from injury and illness.
Classes will cover:
1. Dhanda Yoga (yoga system using the stick or staff)
2. Letha Yoga (partner assisted yoga)
3. Longi Yoga (yoga system using a long cloth or rope)
4. Min Zin (methods and techniques for generating internal energy)
